This course provided more effective breakthroughs than 10 years of therapy. It helped me figure out what I really wanted in life, and understand that it is impossible to achieve without change. This event is kind of a wild ride, and takes a lot of work. Patience is a must, but it's worth it.

Definitely recommend participating in this 4 week journey! You will have so much more clarity on learning and understanding who your inner child is. This work is so important, yet often overlooked for many different reasons. Nate guides you through in such a beautiful way, you will arrive with a deeper, more loving understanding of connecting with your inner child. I look forward to continuing to connect and learn with everyone.

So helpful—I feel like this short course moved my work of connecting more with my younger self forward by years. I'm new to inner child work so I didn't know if I would understand well enough to make it meaningful, but I signed up for this course because I am in between therapists at the moment. It has been life changing for me and so, so many others. Do not hesitate to sign up! I was a little unsure if I should spend the money for a course from someone who I had only seen on Instagram, but it has been one of the best decisions of my life! This workshop is applicable to everyone and so, so meaningful.

Before signing up for this course, I was afraid of the amount of pain and sadness that I’d find. But throughout this process, I have realized that I am capable of facing seemingly insurmountable pain and not getting stuck there. And also that I am not alone in this fear. It has been more healing than I can express to hear the stories of others, to experience so much compassion for them and in doing so, find more compassion for myself. Thank you to Nate for creating this space and for honoring your instinctual wisdom.

I feel like an internal switch has been flipped. Nate's compassion paired with his vast knowledge set the stage for a beautifully safe environment for survivors to heal and thrive. I entered the event full of shame and self-hatred. I leave with a safety net of survivors, and I feel full of excitement and wonder, innocent and free. So incredibly thankful.

This course was a cathartic process and I now see my inner child as an individual inside me who needs to be protected and nourished by me. It was a big success and a safe place to feel included, loved, and heard. This is a MUST take, extraordinary course!

I was surprised at how brave my younger self was. After all that heartache, some of her ways of dealing with the un-dealable were quite, in the end, smart. And, make more sense now in retrospect. She didn't have any real choices, so she did what she had to do? Kind of proud of her, really.

This class is very informative and authentic. The bi-weekly zoom meetings are very healing and felt safe. I would recommend this to anyone who is on their healing journey and wants a great tool to aide them on their path going forward.
